Source: it was literally a tutorial in-game. The DS4 doesn't have pressure sensitive buttons so that won't work. You can kind of half ass it by remapping some buttons in the PS4 accessibility settings, but unfortunately they didn't "modernize" the controls - at least as an option - which is disappointing.

What it did was add a kind of motion blur to the game, and made the world feel epic as cars swerve about and heir headlights leave trails etc. I only recently decided to play through vice city again, and don't have a PS2 anymore, however, i'm wondering if this was ever an option on the PC (maybe an earlier version?).
