Hi. I took delivery of a mk8 L2h2 in 1st sept 2021. Had adblue malfunction come up after 1800 miles also electrical wiring problem with adblue system seemed to be intermittent. took to the dealers had the van for 3 days checked all of the wiring loom on adblue system and decided to change the adblue tank sorted.
June 9th, 2022. Piston to valve contact can move the valve timing. The customer complaint was of reduced power and MAF sensor codes in a Transit Connect with a 1.5 TDCi engine (XWGA). A slight engine rough idle quality and reduced performance were confirmed. After clearing the fault code (P2279) it can take up to 2 weeks driving for the fault

Only way to clear it is to switch engine off and restart. This clears the fault and the turbo works again until the fault reappears. The issue only seems to happen when I go on bypass/motorway. Haven't had the fault happen unless above 70mph so unsure about the sensor as to whether it made a difference or not. Quote.
